After 12 years of navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship — struggling to find the right people, the right vendors, and the right funding — I realized it was time to create what I always wished I’d had. Last year, I met Kristi at a pivotal moment: a WINE event being handed off from Kate White to me. It didn’t take long to see that her experience as a COO, her deep understanding of professional development, and her belief that leadership challenges don’t define your worth made her the perfect partner.
 

Over the past year, Kristi and I have built MARC 2.0 with one goal in mind: to create the support system we wish we’d had.
